An aggressive bond coupled with excellent temperature resistance makes the 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 6035PC ideal for use in automotive interior applications. Easy to use, this tape offers neat, precise application with no mess or waste when applied to flat surfaces. This tape features 3M™ High Tack Acrylic Adhesive 300MP, an adhesive thickness of 5.0 mil (0.13 mm), and a poly-coated kraft paper liner with a thickness of 4.2 mil (0.11 mm).
The 3M™ Adhesive 300MP is a high-tack acrylic adhesive system featuring high initial adhesion and good humidity, water, solvent, chemical, and UV resistance. The formulation gives 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 6035PC a consistently strong bond up to 250°F (221°C). This particular low fogging adhesive tape is tested to SAE J1756 specifications for use in automotive interiors.
