3M™ Kerralite Cool™ Border Moisture Balancing Hydrogel Adhesive Dressing contains hydrogel moisture balancing dressing with a gentle adhesive border that dynamically manages fluid and supports autolytic plus osmotic debridement by donating or absorbing fluid as required to encourage wound bed preparation and granulation in dry to low exuding wounds. The dressings provide a cooling sensation to the skin on application, helping to minimize wound pain.

3M™ Kerralite Cool™ Border Moisture Balancing Hydrogel Adhesive Dressing comprises a polyurethane outer film, a Pro-ionic™5 gel sheet and a gentle adhesive border. The dressings are designed to actively respond to wound conditions by donating or absorbing fluid.
