The 3M™ Cushion-Mount™ Plus Plate Mounting Tape E1220H is an orange, double coated foam tape that is 0.020 inch (0.51 mm) thick and has the air release feature with high plate side adhesion used to mount flexographic print plates.
The 3M™ Cushion Mount Plus Plate Mounting Tape E1220H provides a high quality light combination print. This product also has an air release feature with high plate side adhesion used to mount flexographic print plates. The adhesives remove cleanly from the print plate and the print cylinder. This family of 3M™ Foam Mounting Tapes provides excellent print quality for process, combination, and solid printing, and offers a complete range of foam densities.
Suggested Applications
- Adhesive on the non-linered side (cylinder side) of the tape is designed for mounting to flexographic printing cylinders or sleeves
- Adhesive on the linered side (plate side) of the tape is designed for mounting of photopolymer plates, excellent holding power on-press and clean plate
