The Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ SL Surface Conditioning Disc combines blending and finishing capabilities with aggressive cut. Its unique open web construction allows the disc to resist loading while its tough aluminum oxide abrasive allows for an aggressive cut on both edges and flat surfaces.

With this versatile capability, the Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ SL Surface Conditioning Disc can reduce or eliminate subsequent conditioning steps for weld clean up, grindline refinement, metal blending, and even light deburring. This disc is available in four grades: Medium, Coarse, Heavy Duty and Super Duty. The open web, non-woven design helps the disc to run cool, resist loading, and maintain cut-rate consistency throughout the life of the disc. These same attributes allow you to use less pressure, reducing fatigue and maximizing disc life.

Suggested applications
  • Use this surface conditioning disc for light grinding, blending, and finishing on metals
