3M™ Thermal Transfer Label Material 7246 is a 2.2 mil, matte white polyester TT3 with 3M™ Permanent Acrylic Adhesive 350 on a 40 pound, densified glassine.
Durable facestock with a matte coating that is smooth enough for TT printing, yet extremely chemical and abrasion resistant. 3M™ Thermal Transfer Label Material 7246 is ideal for very high bond strength to a variety of surfaces, such as powder coatings, LSE plastics and oily metals. 3M™ Performance Labels offer a wide range of products for long term durability and adhesion with automotive chemical resistance and outdoor durability. Some products can be printed by flexographic or screen print processes, as well as thermal transfer, digital printing, inkjet, laser or dot matrix printing. 3M™ Performance Labels are available in a variety of facestocks, including polyester, polypropylene, vinyl, pharmaceutical papers or synthetics.
