3M™ Label Materials are topcoated to be printed on laser printers. A laser is used to electrically charge a drum that collects toner and applies it to the label which is then heated to make the image permanent.

The liner for 3M™ Label Materials is designed for the ultimate in lay flat. The backside of this liner is not printable. The polymerically plasticized nature of this soft, flexible vinyl imparts long term dimensional stability for demanding applications.
