An aluminum oxide disc constructed on a C-weight, intermediate paper backing. Featuring an anti-loading stearate coating that helps prevent premature loading and extends the life of the abrasive. This product offers 3M™ Hook and Loop Attachment for easy re-use. Use with dual action or random orbital sanders.
When loading is a concern, choose 3M™ NX Hook and Loop Paper Discs. Made of aluminum oxide and constructed on a C-weight, intermediate paper backing, this product can be used on a variety of substrates where loading is a concern. Discs feature an open coat that provide continued cut, even with sanding materials that would otherwise clog the surface of the disc and hinder sanding ability. The open coat also provides a more aggressive cut than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grain. It has an anti-loading stearate coating that helps prevent premature loading of the disc surface to maximize cut and extend the life of the abrasive grains. The disc features the 3M™ Hook and Loop Attachment System that provides ease of attachment and re-use. Ideal for use with dual action or random orbital sanders.
