3M™ Accuspray™ Atomizing Heads for PPS™ Series 2.0 eliminates the need for spray gun maintenance kits, allows user the ability to visually confirm the spray gun is clean, and offers the performance of a brand new spray gun on demand with each replaceable atomizing head. Its 1.3 mm applications may include but are not limited to; automotive sealer, basecoat and clear coat, marine top coat and clear coat, wood stains and varnish, mold release agents and all other low-viscosity coatings requiring a fine finish.

Fast, easy controls for fan diameter, fluid and air pressure on the Accuspray™ ONE gun allow for quick adjustment across jobs from spot repairs to full panel coverage requiring up to 12” vertical or horizontal spray patterns. Along with the distinctive color, the fluid tip size is presented clearly on each atomizing head for fast, accurate selection.
