Qualification Trade In Allowance Available Models
Customer has purchased a qualifying PAPR in the past 5 years. $200 trade in allowance ($100 for 3M™ Airstream) in the form of product credit issued to your authorized 3M distributor on the purchase of 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-300 or TR-600 Series respirators. An additional $200 will be awarded if trade in contains a 3M™ BC-210 Smart Charger. TR-300-ECK- Easy Clean Kit

Program details include several terms and conditions that must be met:

  • (1) End user companies qualify for a promotional trade in allowance by trading-in a NIOSH approved powered air purifying respirator blower unit and purchasing one of the 3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Purifying Respirator products identified above; the combined actions of trading in one powered air purifying respirator blower and purchasing one qualifying 3M™ Versaflo™ Product together generate one trade in allowance.
      • Example:
      • If twenty units were traded-in and fifteen qualifying 3M™ Versaflo™ Products were purchased, then only fifteen trade in allowances would be awarded.
  • (2) A minimum trade in quantity of 5 blower units is required to participate.
  • (3) Large order shipments will be coordinated with your 3M sales representative to determine a delivery schedule.
  • (4) To surrender non-3M trade in blower units, qualifying customers can opt to send them in to 3M directly, or coordinate a pick-up with a 3M sales representative.
  • (5) Participating end users will be required to work directly with their local 3M sales representative.
  • (6) 3M reserves the right to limit the amount of blowers traded in due to product availability.
  • (7) Trade in allowances will only be issued after both proof of purchase of qualifying 3M™ Versaflo™ Products is received by 3M and existing powered air purifying respirator blowers and chargers only are surrendered or confirmed to be disposed of. Customer to dispose of batteries.
  • (8) This trade in offer cannot be combined with any other 3M offer and is subject to change or termination at the sole and exclusive discretion of 3M.
  • (9) 3M™ Powerflow™ Powered Air Purifying Respirators (i.e.: 6800PF/6900PF) are excluded from this offer.
      • Example:
      • • ABC Company currently has fifty (50) NIOSH approved powered air purifying respirator blowers they want to upgrade to the 3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Purifying Respirator TR-300+ blowers and take advantage of the trade in allowance program. These powered air purifying respirators were purchased 2 years and 2 months ago.
      • • ABC Company purchases fifty (50) qualifying 3M™ Versaflo™ Powered Air Purifying Respirator TR-300+ blowers (minimum quantity of 5 units required to qualify) through their authorized 3M distributor and surrenders their existing fifty (50) powered air purifying respirator blowers once the new systems are implemented into their work site.
      • • Upon providing 3M with proof of purchase of the qualifying products and surrendering the existing fifty (50) blowers, the end user company would receive the following (according to the mix of products ABC Company purchased):
        • o A product credit issued to ABC Company’s authorized 3M distributor of choice:
            • • $200 CAD per qualifying 3M™ Versaflo™ Products
            • • Potentially 50 units x $200 CAD = $10,000 CAD total credit
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: It is the exclusive responsibility of the end user to surrender clean and fully decontaminated blowers to 3M.
  • • All filter media must be removed prior to surrendering the blowers.
  • • If physical surrender of powered air purifying respirator systems creates conflict with an end user company policy, 3M will accept written acknowledgement of on-site disposal as a means to qualify for the trade in allowance. Please coordinate this through your 3M Personal Safety Division sales representative.
  • • Powered air purifying respirator systems used for nuclear clean up or in any other application that may introduce harmful contaminants are to be disposed of on site in conjunction with existing end user procedures. DO NOT SEND THESE BLOWERS TO 3M. Written acknowledgement of disposal will be accepted as a means to qualify for the trade-in allowance.
