3M™ Acrylic Plus Tape EX4015T features two adhesives, one on each side of an acrylic foam core, designed for robust performance even on complex contours and paint surfaces. Viscoelastic foam core provides stress relaxation when exposed to high application loads and maintains tight bond-line aesthetics under normal conditions. Removable T-liner is good for heat-bond and other PSA tabbing.

3M™ Acrylic Plus Tape EX4015T is developed specifically for attaching automotive exterior trim parts such as stone chip moldings, fender moldings and wheel arch extensions. It features two different adhesives applied to a durable black acrylic foam core. The liner-side adhesive delivers excellent adhesion to traditional and low surface energy (LSE) surfaces. The non-liner-side adhesive provides very high initial and final adhesion ideal for scratch- and mar-resistant paint systems. The viscoelastic foam core conforms well even to complex geometries. It is engineered for stress relaxation when exposed to high-stress loads and maintains bond-line aesthetics under normal stress loads. The inconspicuous black colour of 3M™ Acrylic Plus Tape EX4015T helps to ensure high satisfaction among consumers. The red, 3M branded liner is silicone-coated on both sides for easy one-piece release and efficient tape application.
