3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape 5567, Gray, 1.52 mm

3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape 5567 features two adhesives, one on each side of a 1.52 mm acrylic foam core. Liner side adhesive is formulated for very high initial and final adhesion to automotive paint systems. The non-liner-side adhesive is excellent for plastics and other common trim materials. The thick foam core is designed for conformability and stress relaxation even when applied to complex contours.

Developed specifically for attaching exterior trim and other parts to traditional automotive paints and modern clearcoat systems, the 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape 5567 features a grey, 1.52 mm acrylic foam core with two different adhesives. The liner-side adhesive is formulated for very high initial and final adhesion to a range of automotive paint systems, including rigid clear coats. The non-liner-side adhesive is excellent for bonding to automotive trim and other components. The viscoelastic foam core conforms well even to complex geometries. It is engineered for stress relaxation when exposed to high-stress loads and maintains bond-line aesthetics under normal stress loads. The grey colour of 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tape 5567 gives a pleasing bond-line aesthetic. A red, 3M branded liner provides an easy one-piece release for efficient application.
