3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive EC-3531 B/A FR is a self-extinguishing, two-part flame retardant epoxy adhesive. This adhesive meets the 14 CFR 25.853 (a) Burn Test requirements and has a work life of 4-8 minutes after mixing. It is ideal for many applications requiring a self-extinguishing structural epoxy adhesive system.
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive EC-3531 B/A FR is excellent for applications requiring a self-extinguishing, flame retardant epoxy adhesive on surfaces including steel, aluminum, plastics, rubber and glass. This two-part epoxy adhesive is supplied in a dual syringe plastic cartridge as part of the 3M™ EPX Applicator System for minimal waste and professional results. The mix ratio is 1:1 and the adhesive provides a 4-8 minute work life to allow time to adjust fit prior to setting. The adhesive is fully cured in 24-48 hours at 73°F (23°C).
