3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FC 2170 is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene. It is an intermediate viscosity 66% fluorine copolymer. This product offers excellent chemical and temperature resistance for durability and product longevity.
3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FC 2170 is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene. This fluoroelastomer (FKM) can be compounded using standard water cooled internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and ingredients utilized in typical fluoroelastomer formulations. The dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the masticated gum.
