3M™ Cubitron™ II Stikit™ Film Sheet 775L

3M™ Cubitron™ II Stikit™ Film Sheet 775L features 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain, a revolutionary advancement in abrasive technology now available to grade 1000+. The triangular shaped ceramic mineral is designed to slice through the substrate, rather than gouging or “plowing” like conventional abrasives, resulting in a sheet that cuts up to 2x as fast and lasts up to 6x as long as conventional abrasives without compromising finish.

These sheets are now available with an extended grade range up to 1000+, making them ideal for a broad spectrum of applications, from aggressive stock removal to fine finishing. Effective on a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, all wood, paints, primers, and other coatings. The durable film backing offers greater tear resistance than paper sheets, ensuring additional durability and edge retention for both wet and dry applications. The 3M™ Stikit™ system simplifies sanding by offering sheets with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing, removing the need for manual adhesive application. This design allows for quick and easy attachment to a Stikit backup pad (sold separately). When it's time to change sheets, the pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures that the disc can be peeled off effortlessly, leaving a clean surface ready for the next sheet.
