A higher purity version of 3M™ Novec™ Engineered Fluid 7100DL is tightly-controlled for ions, metals and non-volatile residue. It is used in precision cleaning and deposition applications when high-purity materials are needed.
3M™ Novec™ Engineered Fluid 7100DL is used by the disk drive industry for the deposition of lubricants and lubricant additives onto hard disk media as well as for cleaning during the processing of head gimbal assemblies.
