3M-Matic™ Random Case Sealer 7000r3 High Speed Pro With 3in 3M™ AccuGlide™ 4 Taping Head is a random size case sealer that automatically adjusts for case height and width. This case sealing unit is designed to process up to 28 different case sizes per minute using 3” (72mm) tape. It keeps cases aligned during taping and offers low impact sealing to protect cases from damage.
3M-Matic™ Random Case Sealer 7000r3 High Speed Pro With 3M™ AccuGlide™ 4 Taping Head is a sealing machine for random size carton sealing designed to automatically adjust to a variety of box sizes. This packaging sealer uses 3 in (72mm) tape to seal up to 28 different case sizes per minute: case lengths of 7 in(178mm) or more, widths of 7-26 in (178-660mm) and heights of 3.5-27 in (89-686mm) in standard position and 14.38-38.13 in (367-968mm) in high mast position. Photo eye detection quickly responds to different case widths while the electro-pneumatic height adjustment delivers precision performance. The auxiliary offset taping head position provides the carton sealer with flexibility for shorter boxes while the 3M™ AccuGlide™ 4 Taping Head offers low impact sealing to protect cases during the sealing process while taping at up to 150 feet per minute.
