3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Neoprene High Performance Contact Adhesive EC-1357 adheres exceptionally well to most rubber, cloth, metal, wood, foamed glass, paper honeycomb, decorative plastic laminates and many other substrates. It provides a long bonding range and initial strength, while being resistant to high heat. It meets requirements of MIL-A-21366A and MMM-A-121.
