3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Primer EC-3924B provides a high degree of protection against corrosive environments both inside and outside the bond line, while improving durability of bonded joints. It is suggested for use with 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Bonding Films. The use of 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Primer EC-3924B ensures complete wetting of the adhesive to the adhered substrate. It can be spray, brush, or roller applied.
