3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape, 966, clear, 24 in x 60 yd (609.60 mm x 54.86 m)

The 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 966 features 3M™ High Temperature Acrylic Adhesive 100, and is designed for temperature exposure to 450°F (232°C) for short periods of time and/or solvent resistance. It has exceptional shear values even at elevated temperatures. It also offers low “outgassing” properties, which is an important consideration for the aerospace, automotive, and electronic industries.

The 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 966 offers excellent solvent and UV resistance for long-lasting performance. In addition, the adhesive used with this product provides high peel strength. This feature along with exceptional shear strength creates tough, durable bonds. This tape also comes with a hard, dense liner, which reduces edge burr in hand tool processing of metal plates.
