3M™ E-A-RSoft Yellow Neons are a refill container to fit 3M™ One Touch dispenser 391-1000. 3M™ Earplugs One Touch Refill is for use with the 3M™ One Touch Pro Earplug Dispenser 391-1000. Each refill bottle contains 500 pairs of 3M™ Yellow Neons Blast earplugs.

3M™ E-A-RSoft Yellow Neons are a comfortable ear plug with decorative flame graphics constructed from slow recovery foam to conform to the unique shape of each ear canal for excellent hearing protection.
