3M™ Stikit™ Film Disc Roll 360L, P800, 6 in x NH (152.4 mm x NH), Die 600Z

The 3M™ Stikit™ Film Disc Roll 360L is constructed of aluminum oxide abrasive grain on a film backing and works well for fine sanding on plastics, gel coats, and polyurethane solid surface substrates.

These discs feature a sturdy film backing that provides the durability needed for a high-production environment, and offers excellent resistance to edge tearing to increase the life of the disc over discs with standard A-weight paper backings. At the same time, the film backing provides a close-tolerance, consistent finish, making it a good choice for applications such as spot repairs, sanding plastic parts, paint feathering on defects, or sanding automotive primer. To help reduce loading on the disc, the disc has open coat construction without a load-resistant stearate coating. The Stikit adhesive on the backing conveniently attaches the disc to a low-profile 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander. 3M™ Stikit™ Film Disc Roll 360L comes in a range of grades for various applications from fine sanding to finishing. The 3M™ Stikit™ system eliminates the time-consuming task of applying adhesive to the disc backing. These high-quality, coated abrasive products come ready to use with a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating on the backside so that attaching them to your disc pad is as simple as pressing on a sticker. Because the adhesive is pressure-sensitive, the disc can be peeled off of the disc pad just as easily, leaving a clean surface for your next disc. 3M™ Stikit™ Discs must be pressed onto a backup pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) and attached to a disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander.
