The 3M™ Roloc™ Flexible Diamond Disc TR 6234J consistently delivers superior results on hard-to-grind materials like stone, glass, ceramic, metal, carbide, and composites. Metal-plated bond anchors micron-graded diamonds are constructed on a heavy-duty polyester backing and help deliver flat, edge, contour grinding, and polishing.

The sharp, smooth cutting action of the 3M™ Roloc™ Flexible Diamond Disc TR 6234J helps you consistently achieve improved finishes on a wide range of hard-to-grind materials without sacrificing cut rates. The open-dot pattern of micron-graded diamond abrasive helps prevent loading and encourages coolant flow and swarf removal. In combination with a heavy-duty, water-resistant polyester backing, this is a durable, long-lasting disc that performs well when you need the toughness of diamond. 3M™ Roloc™ Quick Change Discs are smaller discs that have a plastic threaded button or screw designed to easily and quickly screw onto a 3M™ Roloc™ TR Disc Pad (sold separately) so that operators can conveniently change discs with a simple twist-off, twist-on motion.
