3M™ Scuff-It Paint Prep Gel, 06013, is designed to clean, degrease and abrade automotive surfaces prior to painting. Used with Scotch-Brite™ Hand Pads, the 3M™ Scuff-it Paint Prep Gel lubricates the pad to ensure a consistent scratch pattern that helps to improve adhesion of paint.
