The 3M™ Cold Shrink Rubber Splicing Kits are designed using a cold shrink delivery system. Products are supplied pre-stretched on a removable core for efficiency and ease of installation. 3M™ Cold Shrink Splices 5740 Series are used for single conductor, non-shielded 5/8 kV cables.
The 3M™ Cold Shrink Rubber Splicing Kit is a cold shrink design and contains enough material to insulate three splices. Connectors are not included and must be ordered separately.
