The 3M™ Cold Shrink QT-III Termination Kit 7620-T Series contains one-piece, non-skirted, silicone rubber terminations, meets IEEE Standard 48 Class 1 for indoor and weather-protected applications. The kits are designed for terminating solid dielectric shielded power cable rated 5–35 kV, with tape shield, wire shield and UniShield® constructions.

The 3M™ Cold Shrink QT-III Termination Kit 7620-T Series contains sufficient quantities of material to make three single-phase terminations. The termination assemblies consist of a tubular insulator, high dielectric constant (Hi-K) stress control tube, conformable Hi-K stress controlling compounds, and built-in environmental top seal. The insulator is made of a dark gray silicone rubber with advanced tracking resistant and hydrophobic properties. Lugs need to be ordered separately. For T-150 Kits, 150 kV impulse level meets the impulse requirements for 35 kV class equipment where indoor terminations are used. 7620-T Kits are designed and assembled with stress controlling compound only.
