3M™ Rubber Slotted Expander Wheel is an internally slotted rubber drum that works to keep abrasive belts tight while grinding. This wheel has a 1/4 in (0.64 cm) radius to help eliminate edge cuts. Designed for use with 3M™ Coated Abrasive Belts and 3M™ Surface Conditioning Belts. Use 3M™ Wheel Adaptor Kit to mount to 3M™ Inline Sanders (sold separately).

3M™ Rubber Slotted Expander Wheel can be mounted on a 3M™ Inline Sander or 3M™ Match & Finish Tools using a 3M™ Wheel Adapter Kit. We designed this wheel with soft 25-durometer rubber to keep it conformable for applications like stainless steel finishing. Radiused edges helps reduce transition lines as the tool makes passes across the work surface.
