3M™ Removable Repositionable Tape 9415PC is a double-coated tape that works on a variety of substrates or materials for the temporary mounting of lightweight materials, such as paper, plastics, films, or foams. This low-tack adhesive allows removal from many papers, foils, and films, and its resilient polyester carrier improves the handling and strength of the tape, provides dimensional stability, helps deliver efficient processing of parts, and promotes consistent ease of liner removal. This tape is ideal for a wide range of applications, including core starting/end tabbing, holding credit cards in mailers, closing envelopes, and more. This tape also utilizes 3M™ Adhesive 400 on the face side, which provides an excellent balance of good initial adhesion and good shear-holding power across a range of temperatures, as well as 3M™ Adhesive 1000 on the liner side, a low-tack, repositionable, acrylic, pressure-sensitive adhesive that allows for removal and repositioning of many papers, plastics, foams, and foils.

Solving the daily problems of customers through science-based and thorough product testing is the mission of the 3M Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division. Our application experts have extensive knowledge of adhesive performance and are here to help you select the correct tape to stay ahead of the competition. Thanks to this expertise, the formulation of 3M™ Removable Repositionable Tape 9415PC features two adhesives that work together to deliver a consistently strong bond that also allows for clean removal if the operation is intended to be temporary such as in window label applications.
