The 3M™ Venture Tape™ Cryogenic Vapour Barrier Tape 1555CW is an all-weather conformable, multi-layered self-adhesive tape designed for low temperature vapour barrier joint closure applications. This tape features a durable aluminum foil backing between two layers of .5 mil polyester film. The zero permeable laminate is coated with an aggressive, pressure sensitive cold weather acrylic adhesive.

The 3M™ Venture Tape™ Cryogenic Vapour Barrier Tape 1555CW is a durable, zero permeable 3-ply laminate featuring 1 mil aluminum foil with 0.5 mil polyester film on both sides to help prevent the formation of pinholes in the tape. This multi-layered laminate tape is designed to provide zero permeability and act as a vapour barrier for seaming and vapour barrier joint closure systems. The puncture and tear resistant backing is flexible to conform to curved or irregular surfaces. The backing and the low-temperature acrylic adhesive deliver excellent resistance to weathering, mould, UV and extreme environmental conditions.
