The 3M™ Membrane Switch Spacer 7966MWS features a 2 mil (0.05 mm) white PET film carrier with a metallized vapor coat for added opacity, ideal for graphics. 3M™ High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 200MP delivers excellent shear strength during repeated switch actuation and forms clean edges for precise slitting and die-cutting. A PCK paper liner resists humidity and adds stability for improved sheet processing.

3M™ Membrane Switch Spacer 7966MWS is a high performance 13.2 mil (0.34 mm) acrylic adhesive on one side of a 2 mil (0.05 mm) polyester film carrier. It has a metallized vapour coat, and its white colour that provides strong opacity for facilitating backlighting and eliminating floodcoats. It adheres well to metal and high surface energy plastics, with excellent shear strength and moisture stability.
