We are transforming our world to fit with yours.

3M continues to transform our company.

As part of this transformation, we are implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system which will allow for streamlined transactions with you. We have gained significant experience from implementing this in more than 25 countries over the past few years and are excited to do the same in Canada. We are implementing this system through a phased-in approach, starting with ordering and transactional activities, followed by distribution centres, and ending with our manufacturing plants.

Thank you for your support with the implementation of our Canada ERP deployment. We are continuing with our phased approach to deploy our remaining facilities.

The next deployments are planned for the manufacturing sites as detailed below. For orders placed directly from these sites, there will be a short blackout period while we convert over to our new system. Please anticipate this downtime to ensure a smooth transition.

Please explore the six main areas where you will see changes from our order entry system implementation.

We have worked diligently to reduce any impact to you. We encourage you to review the changes and assess whether you need to make changes to your processes or systems.
