My 3M is a global employee communication platform that’s available via a mobile app and desktop. This platform helps you stay up-to-date on local and company news as well as important information that is relevant to you.

Download the My 3M Mobile App

The My 3M app is provided by Firstup. To download the app through Apple Store or Google Play, search for “Firstup” and download the app. Once downloaded, open the app, enter organization code “3M,” and follow the instructions to authenticate with single sign-on.

Access My 3M via Desktop

Visit go.3M.com/My3M (URL is case sensitive), enter your UPIN@mmm.com, and follow the instructions to authenticate with single sign-on.
